rock lee is able to use the dragon/tiger technique same as maito gai use it while in his 7 gate mode versus with kisame .to perform this technique only those that can open the gates will able to perform it .the power after opening the gate will be flowing around the body and those power were flowing around the body will all been release as a form of a dragon / tiger with anormous power.it will create a massive explosion too arter using it.This technique can be use at any gate but with defferent level of strength same as the level of gates when the person use.But after using the gate they will be totally exausted because while using the gate it will push up beyond your limits and it chanels alot of power in your body and this gate technique is not a chakra
