us we knew tobi or madara the one eye sharingan the true leader of akatsuki he just controlling pain to hide his true intention... Do you find this valuable?

Well, Negato is the true Pain and founder of the Akatsuki but Madara joined the Akatusuki and gave Negato an answer of achieving peace by madara's way (a lie to achieve his own goals), and in return Negato made Madara Mizukage of Amegakure (Rain Village) . Do you find this valuable?
