water style-water snake jutsu
after making a long string of handsigns, a giant snake made of water appears and sprays a strong jet of water with enough pressure to cut through solid rock. if water isn't available, any liquid will work, including groundwater and fluid inside plants and the human body. the one problem is that if liquid from living things is used, the source of the liquid will dehydrate and die. requires knowledge of water style ninjutsu and chakra control. this jutsu is jonin to sannin level.
