you may join the village you like at its base under this page on the navigation screen to the left of this pages if no one has taken a position such as kage or jonin it is up for grabs just type your user name beside the position you want. ONLY 1 Hokage, 3 Jonin, and 5 Chunin are aloud. there can be any number of genin. The way i have the leader positions set up is to control the amount of messages each member gets. 1st of all there will be 4 villages The village hidden in the leaves, The village hidden in the sand, The village hidden in the mist, and The sound village.
Each village will have 1 kage, 3 jonin and 5 chunin. All other members will be genin.
The kage of each village is the only one that can come to me with concerns, and problems in the village that also means telling me if they want a member exiled from there village.An exeption to this is taht if the kage of the village is not here then the jonin can come to me and so on so forth.
The Jonin will help enforce rules with in there own village and going to there kage about major problems.
The Chunin report to the Jonin about problems in there village (that includes profanity, illegal deleting of another's comment, or arguments among the members)
The Genin are just villagers that help gain points for there village also going to there Chunin about problems.
ALL villagers help gain there village points that includes the kage, Jonin, Chunin, and Genin. Every 2 weeks there will be a type of election so to speak to chose kages, Jonin, and Chunin I have jet decided how i will do that but when the time comes i will tell every one.
Once the villages are set the competition will start. In order to win your team must have the most points. How do you get those points well you can get points in many ways. 1st is that you can earn a little points by commenting. You can earn big points for your team by getting people to join the site. Below is a rubric for what you can do to earn points.
Oh and by the way every two weeks or when a village gets 1000 points or more i reset the scores for each village. This is so that a village dosent get to far head of the others and make it hopeless to even try to cacth up.
Commenting- 1pt/each
Correcting grammatical errors on pages-2pts/per page
Getting people to join the site-10pts/per person
Reporting someone who is stealing off the site-10pt/per person reported
Deleting any thing stolen off the site-10pts/deleted item.
contributing to the site-5pts/per page contribution.
Creating a helpful page-/15 pt per new page
Points will be tallied up every Friday to see who is top village of the week. Try to notify shinofan217 1 day a week of the number of contributions you made in list style
A quick note is that in order to get points for getting members to join the site you and the person joining MUST pm shinofan217 or no points will be given. YOU MAY MESSAGE ME WITHOUT GETTING INTO TROUBLE.

2. you can only join 1 village.
3. No arguing with me about point decisions. i will do what i thank is right.
4. Talking bad about another village IS allowed but no profanity may be used at all.
5. Do Not argue with me your Hokage, your jonin, or your chunin about our decititns
6. NO one but the hokage can talk to me about the village problems. This is to keep the amount of messages i get to a minimum. If you are not hokage go to your hokage and get them to talk to me. If they are not here then the jonin can message me and so on so forth
7. The last rule is to have fun with the competition.
