Biography:
Sarutobi came out of retirement to become Hokage again when the Fourth Hokage sacrificed his life to seal the Kyuubi inside Naruto. Sarutobi (his first name is unkown) was a student under the First and Second Hokages along with teammates Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane. He is the father of Asuma Sarutobi and grandfather to Konohamaru. The Third Hokage is a respected and wise elder figure in Konoha, he was the one that had ordered a ban on talk about the Kyuubi sealed inside Naruto amongst the adults in the village. Although old age has caught up with him, Sarutobi possesses knowledge of many techniques (some forbidden) and is more than a match for any S-Ranked ninja. Because he has witnessed the deaths of so many comrades in wars, Sarutobi always seeks diplomacy and peaceful resolutions to conflicts before violence can break out. Sarutobi enjoys smoking his pipe, and when not conducting Hokage duties, he likes to wander the village and talk to young girls. Although he maintains an authoritarian personality, Sarutobi may have a perverted side as well since he has fallen for Naruto's Sexy no Jutsu on more than one occasion.
He was the sensei for Jiraiya, Tsunade and Orochimaru from the very beginning when they were just genin. Sarutobi favored Orochimaru for his natural talents as a shinobi. When he became the Third Hokage, Sarutobi planned to make Orochimaru his replacement. However, Sarutobi was also aware of an unquenchable thirst for power inside Orochimaru. This trait proved to be far more deadly than Sarutobi had thought when Orochimaru was discovered to have been kidnapping people for his experiments to achieve immortality. When the crucial moment came, Sarutobi could not bring himself to kill his favorite student, thus allowing Orochimaru to escape and form his organization.

Allowing Orochimaru to live would prove to be a huge mistake years later when he returns to Konoha in an attempt to destroy it. Sarutobi was killed in his battle against Orochimaru, but in return he sealed his former students' arms so he can no longer perform jutsus. This major setback forces Orochimaru to retreat, thus saving Konoha from destruction.

Abilities and Jutsus:

	Tile Shurikens (Ninjutsu) (Weapon) Ninpou: Kawara Shuriken. This jutsu lifts the tiles off a rooftop and flings them at the enemy in large numbers as substitutes for shurikens. A good way to conserve ammo.		Shuriken Shadow Replication (Ninjutsu) (Weapon) Shuriken: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. After throwing the initial shuriken, a shadow clone replication jutsu is used on it to make a dozen more copies to amplify the numbers of projectiles.
	Katon: Fire Dragon Flame Blast (Ninjutsu) Karyuu Endan. A fire element jutsu which releases a searing jet of flames. The intensity of the flames can be increased by using more chakra.		Doton: Moving Land River (Ninjutsu) Doryuu Taiga. An earth element jutsu which creates a landslide of earth and mud to wash away and bury the enemy.
	Doton: Earth Dragon Missile (Ninjutsu) Doryuudan. This jutsu creates a dragon's head from mud which then fires projectiles at the opponent.		Katon: Fire Dragon Missile (Ninjutsu) Karyuudan. Fire Dragon Missile combines a Fire jutsu with the Earth Dragon Missile to create burning earth projectiles.
	Earth Clone (Ninjutsu) A replacement clone made from earth and mud.		Doton: Earth Rising Wall (Ninjutsu) Doryuuheki. An enormous solid wall of rock is created to block attacks and allow the user to gain a height advantage on the battlefield.
	Demon Monkey King: Enma (Summoning) Enma is a powerful creature Sarutobi can summon. He is an excellent fighter, is incredibly strong and is capable of speech. His most powerful ability though is his ability to transform into the Free Forming Diamond Pole.		Free Forming Diamond Pole (Ninjutsu) (Weapon) Kongou-Nyo. The Diamond Pole is actually the transformed state of Enma. The staff is as hard as diamond and has the ability to stretch/shorten and enlarge/shrink.
	Diamond Staff Shadow Clone Cage (Ninjutsu) (Weapon) Ori no Kongou Nyoi Kage Bunshin. To protect Sarutobi from attacks, Enma can create Shadow Clones of himelf while in his Diamond Pole form and create a cage to shield Sarutobi.		Demonic Soul Sealing (Seal) Fuuinjutsu Shiki Fuujin. A powerful, but last resort technique used to seal the soul of the enemy. The jutsu summons a death god to consume the soul of the target and seal it. However, since the user must be a medium for the death god, his soul is also consumed to complete the seal.
