SSNKS2007's sharingan
This sharingan can be a byakugan and can use any jutsu just by thinking of it. it only takes 5% of your chakra for each jutsu. For the byakugan it can take up to 40% of your chakra if you use it to long, so as you can see it is not very risky and very SAFE well ...not for the other person!
