NickUchiha's Jutsu
Rasemera
Note: this is also my entry for the name your rasengan page.
Jutsu Name: Rasemera (Spiraling Flames)
What it Does: This jutsu has two different forms. One is the weaker form, the original Rasemera. It is more or less like a fire-style Rasengan. The user focuses his/her chakra so eventually his/her hand is covered in spiraling fire and the fire is spiraling up the user's arm. The jutsu takes up an immense amount of chakra and can kill a foe if it is used at the right time. The other form is known as the Rasemera-Supernova. The jutsu can be fatal to the user. The Supernova uses all of the user's chakra (the more chakra the bigger it is). The jutsu should only be used in life-threatening situations. The jutsu is like a full body Rasemera (it requires the use of both hands). The user must focus all the chakra in both hands until the jutsu covers the user from view. It acts as a shield from other jutsu and as an offense. If the user succeeds with the jutsu, the foe should no longer be living.
How It Can Be Learned: The user of either of the Rasemera has to have very good chakra control, must have learned the Rasengan, and must come from a clan that specializes in fire-style jutsus. Alternatively learn the skill from NickUchiha.

water style-water snake jutsu
after making a string of 27 handsigns, a giant snake made of water appears and sprays a strong jet of water with enough force to cut through solid rock. if water isn't around, any liquid will work, including ground water and the fluid inside the human body and inside plants. the one downside is that creating it with the water in living things causes them to dehydrate and die. how it can be learned- first you must know water dragon jutsu, next learn to control chakra to make the water into a snake. it also helps to have knowledge of other water style ninjutsu and chakra control. |
