name: metal style steel rain jutsu a combination of earth and fire chakra

effect: it creates a cloud in which barrage of metal spikes fall from the sky killing or dissabling the opponents with in its range they fall with such force that it leaves small craters across the battlefield.

Effect'':It has a lv.1, lv2 n lv 3.. lv1 just locks them up in a steal circle bar. powered by the chakra.
Lv2. does the same but you could thro or stick ure hands in.
lv3. still the chakra away from them pluse the bar is keeping them down^^
